An outstanding two-day workshop designed specifically for Management, Office Managers and Supervisors, Team Leaders, Leading Hands, Foreman etc. The training provided has been designed to support every employee who has been given responsibility for the control and management of staff.

Our long-term commitment to you is to ensure that you succeed!  Training over the 2 day period is only the beginning; 2 days where those attending will be encouraged to assess their strengths and weakness’ and build were necessary -  where they will be shown the possibilities: to build excellent workplace relations, to analyze staff, productivity and develop employee skill level - to plan, organize, schedule, delegate, and follow through work to completion. We will provide each person attending with the tools, motivate them to use them, then stand along side in support for a period of 12 months as they apply all aspects of the training within their workplace.

Presentation concentrates on key areas and issues. More detailed information is available for personal study in the training manuals

Personal / Workplace Assessment: At the conclusion of each section those attending are asked to complete a simple questionnaire form. Answers provided on this form will identify, based on module type, where attention is required to address certain issues or concerns when returning to the workplace. All answers provided are treated as private and confidential and remain in the possession of the attendee. Persons attending are not required to discuss their answers in a group situation, although as certain issues are identified , these may be discussed openly for the benefit of all should the attendee choose to.

Workshop Participation: This workshop is restricted to a maximum of 12 persons and presented as within a team environment. All attending are encouraged to participate, although any contribution to group discussion is solely at the discretion of the attendee. No person attending is put in a situation which may lead them to feel embarrassed by being asked to participate when they would choose not to. Role playing games are not used in any way during the presentation.

Basic Employment Law

The basics of Employment Law is also catered for within the leadership training. Although not a specific module, aspects of major concern are mentioned during the presentation of various modules during the 2 day presentation. It is essential these days that leadership have a basic understanding of the requirements under the Employment Act to ensure the welfare and protection of their company. Many business' have found themselves in difficult and costly situations due to ignorance in this area.

The following areas are brought to the attention of the leader: Employment Relation Requirements, Employer/Employee Agreements, Dealing with Misconduct, Disputes and Dismissals, Employee Job Description, Conduct, Agreed Responsibilities. Although only a certain amount of information can be covered during the 2 day presentation, more in-depth information covering Employment Law is provided within the additional training materials supplied.

In training the leader is made aware of the above and their responsibility to ensure the right processors are in place. This provides both confidence and protection for the leader and their company. For added assurance, should difficult employee situations arise we may be contacted for further advice. Advice is available "Free of Charge" to the attendee and their company under the 12 months training support. (see below)

12 Months Ongoing Training Support:

  An important aspect of the workshop is the 12 month ongoing support

"Training Support" is offered for a period of 12 months. As the training is initiated within the workplace, plus additional support material supplied on the CD is studied and applied, those attending may call for further advice or assistance. Whether it be for clarification on certain aspects of the training, help with employee analysis, streamlining time management structures, leadership concerns, a problem employee, or simply to get a second opinion, assistance is only a phone call or email away. We encourage those attending to access the ongoing support as it further supports the overall success of the training and is absolutely  “Free of Charge” for the 12 month period.

Registrations are limited to 12 persons per workshop. This is done to ensure that correct communication is maintained and value appropriate to the quality and importance of the training is extended to each person attending.
